Management & Prevention
Prevention: Monitor BP regularly, maintain cardiovascular exercise, control estrogen and water retention. Treatment: Adjust compound dosages, use BP medication if needed (ARBs, ACE inhibitors), donate blood if hematocrit is elevated.
